elevate

elevate is a copenhagen-based edm/bass collective run by two djs who believe nightlife can be better.

our mission has two sides.

culturally, we want the respect and safety we found in underground techno to reach more people. not as a bonus feature, as the standard.

sonically, we bridge the gap between danish mainstream pop (tempo whiplash every two minutes) and the hypnotic, grounding side of techno & trance. bass music and edm sit right in the middle, and that middle is where we live.

we have zero tolerance for:

• harassment, unwanted physical contact, or catcalling
• sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, or ableism
• non-consensual touching or pressuring of any kind

what we ask of you:

• look out for the people around you
• if you see something, say something, to staff or us
• respect boundaries. no means no. maybe means no.
• take feedback without defensiveness

if something happens:

• talk to any elevate or venue staff member, we're trained and we believe you
• or email safer@elevatecph.dk, handled with care and confidentiality
• we always follow up

we say “safer” not “safe” because no space is perfect. but we commit to doing everything we can to make it so, and we ask you to do the same.
